With the recent Caterpillar login change, users who log into CUBIQ with their (CWS) ID may need to log in again when navigating to Caterpillar sites including Parts.Cat.com, SIS, and Cat® Inspect.

Frequently Asked Question: Can I change Asset IDs in CUBIQ?

Short answer: you can't, because CUBIQ receives this information from other Finning systems. Contact CUBIQsupport@finning.com when you need an Asset ID updated.
What does it mean when my order has an In Process status and no Planned Delivery Date?

Your order has been accepted and is being reviewed and sourced. It will stay In Process pending arrival (to a Finning facility) and will change status when it is available for shipment/delivery.
