When Finning International Inc. first expanded into Saskatchewan in 2015, they knew they had big shoes to fill. Founded in 1966 by Cameron Duncan – Carmen’s father – C. Duncan Construction began its earth moving and site development company with a single Cat Crawler Tractor Dozer. Carmen has since grown the company to a fleet of over 50 pieces of Cat heavy equipment, to complete a wide range of road building, environmental reclamation, and general maintenance contracting projects across Saskatchewan.
