GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS*

RENTAL PERIODS
Customers can rent equipment from Finning on daily, weekly or monthly basis.
The following operating hours are included in the standard rental rate agreements.
- Day: 10 hours
- Week: 50 hours
- Month: 200 hours
Finning also offers longer term and (or) multiple-shift rental contracts for large scale projects. Excess hours are charged per rate schedule.
Insurance*
“All risks” and public liability insurance is required prior to equipment deployment/ operation. Finning can provide the necessary insurance for your equipment at an additional charge.
Transportation and Permits*
Finning can assist customers with transportation and (or) in seeking governmental or other permits required for movement or operation of the equipment (where applicable) at extra charge.
Equipment service, maintenance and operation
Customers are expected to operate and maintain rented equipment per manufacturer’s recommendations. Finning can provide these services to customers for additional charges.
