How to create an account:
- Email digitalservices@finning.com to receive a VisionLink invite
- If you have a Cat ID but can't access VisionLink, email digitalservices@finning.com. They can add VisionLink access to your current Cat login.
Note:
If you already have a registered Caterpillar account (known as a Cat ID), then you will be automatically granted read only access to your organization’s VisionLink account.
How do I log in?
- Navigate to VisionLink. A Cat ID is required to log in to VisionLink.
- Enter your Cat ID and select “Continue.”
- Enter your Password and select “Sign In.”
What if I forgot my password?
- Navigate to VL.CAT.com, click sign in, enter username then select FORGOT PASSWORD.
- Follow prompts to verify username and receive verification code via email.
- Enter new password, confirm password, save new password.
How do I choose the correct subscription level for my asset?
- Subscriptions vary based on the equipment and the needs of your business. Review the subscription offerings here.
