Product Link Access Request

To begin setting up your access to Product Link Web and taking advantage of this remote monitoring system, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://finningca.cat.com/DSFUnbundled/dataPrivacy.do
2. “Data Privacy” page: Read the privacy policy and click Accept.
3. "Create Profile” page: Enter your Profile and Company Information and provide additional requested information to complete the registration form and click Continue.
4. “Request Online Tools” page: Please ONLY select “Product Link Web Solution” and click Continue.
5. “Login Information” page: Enter your preferred username & password information and set your challenge question and then click on Submit. You will use this username and password to access Product Link Web.

Your username must start with an alphabetic character and can only contain alphabetic, numeric or underscore character with at least 6 characters in length. (Example: User_name1).

Also, the password you choose must follow these rules:

• Be at least 8 characters in length.
• Can include symbols or accented characters.
• Password is case sensitive.
• Must not match your Username or Email address.
• Must use 3 of 4 character types from upper, lower, number, or symbol.
• Cannot contain common dates, abbreviations, or words.

Access to Product Link Web will be granted after we have verified your registration data and configured your account for access. This process may take up to three business days to complete. Once access has been granted, please use this URL to access Product Link Web using your username and password: https://productlinkweb.cat.com
