Instructor Led Training, Introduction into Vim’s ABL systems and Vim’s 3G /4G systems used in Mining Equipment Connections and setup

COURSE OBJECTIVES

After completion of the course, the participant will be able to:

  • VIM’s history 68k,ABL,3G,4G
  • Introduction into VIM’s discussion on types of data
  • Identify switches and sensors used for data inputs into VIM’s
  • Gain understanding of VIMS communication
  • Understand levels of warning categories and diagnostic codes
  • Communicating using VIMs2015 pc performing connection, discussing common connection issues
  • Communicating using Technician Toolbox
  • Understanding of ABL communications and 3G communication
  • Seven Categories VIMs memory (Event List, Snapshot, Data logger, Trends, Cumulative, Histograms, Payload)
  • Utilizing the message center in ABL units and advisor in 3G
  • Locate connections for wireless communications
  • Introduction into VIM’s 2015 / Technician Toolbox used for downloading data analyzing data
  • Managing VIM, s data files and processing
