Perform fluid analysis and visual inspections, review available service history.
Looking to rebuild a specific component of your machine? Our CMCR program focuses on one area of the machine, so you spend a fraction of what it would cost to buy a new component. Our technicians can rebuild your machine’s transmission, engine, axles, differentials, final drive and torque to a like-new condition.
Perform fluid analysis and visual inspections, review available service history.
Determine re-use of internal parts - replace others with new or remanufactured Cat parts as required.
Recondition all parts to be re-used.
Recondition components to include the latest engineering designs.
Check and maintain critical component tolerances, replace all electrical items and perform quality checks on specific torque specifications.
Conduct quality and performance tests.
Paint component as agreed upon; apply Cat Certified Machine Component Rebuild identification plates and decals.
Install components and test all supporting systems to ensure proper operation and peak performance (performed by a certified Cat dealer serivce technician).
Ensure satisfaction with performance in the working environment.
