Please read these Terms carefully.  By choosing to participate in this Promotion you will be legally bound by the following Terms;

1. The Promoter is Finning (UK) Ltd. of Watling Street Cannock Staffordshire WS11 8LL (Company Number: 367090).
   
2. The Customer is the person, firm or corporation who has chosen to participate in the Promotion. Where the Customer is a person, this Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or above.
   
3. By choosing to participate in the Promotion, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.  If the Customer does not agree with any part of these Terms, they should not participate.
   
4. This Promotion is not open to employees of Finning (UK) Ltd. or Finning (Ireland) Limited and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies and members of their immediate families (being spouses, parents, children and siblings), agents and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
   
5. The Customer (including any of the Customer’s employees or representatives) must:
   
   1.  have the necessary permission from their employer to participate in the Promotion;
      
   2. ensure that they are acting in compliance with their employer’s anti-bribery policy;
      
   3. notify the Promoter immediately if they are not permitted to participate;
      
   4. be responsible for any tax liabilities which may arise as a result of the receipt of any prize.
      
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify with the Customer and/or their employer whether the necessary permission to participate in the Promotion has been granted, in accordance with these Terms. The Promoter will forfeit the applicable prize where an entrant is not permitted to participate in the Promotion.
   
7. To take advantage of the Promotion, the Customer will need to download the Cat Central App and create an account log-in.  The Cat Central App is available to download free of charge from the Apple App Store or via Google Play.
   
8. Each time the Customer logs into their account on the Cat Central App between 6th June 2024 and 5th July 2024 inclusive (“the Promotional Period”), this will equate to an entry into a prize draw to win £2,500 of credit to spend on genuine Cat parts purchased via the Cat Central App (“the Prize”).
   
9. There is no purchase necessary to gain an entry into the prize draw.
   
10. All entries will be logged and, following the end of the Promotional Period, the Promoter will select the winner of the prize draw (“the Prize Winner”) at random from all entries received during the Promotional Period.
    
11. The Prize Winner will be contacted by the Promoter within 14 days of the end of the Promotional Period draw to confirm that they have won.  Subject to confirmation of the Prize Winner’s acceptance of these Terms, the Prize will be credited to the Prize Winner’s Cat Central App account within 30 days of the draw.
    
12. The Prize must be used to purchase Cat parts within 12 months of the date that it is credited to the Prize Winner’s Cat Central App account.  All sales are subject to the Promoter’s Standard Conditions of Sale and Supply.  All purchases will be subject to VAT where the Prize Winner is a business registered for VAT. Delivery charges may apply. 
    
13. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative or any other benefits, items or additions.
    
14. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion together with these Terms without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
    
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or to allocate the Prize to another eligible entrant in the event they have reasonable belief that the relevant entrant has contravened any of these Terms.
    
16. The Customer is solely and fully responsible for ensuring that they adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements when participating in the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or disappointment (whether in contract, tort including, without limitation, negligence) suffered by anyone as a result of accepting the Prize or in any way connected with the Promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the Promotion.
    
17. English law applies and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes in connection with these Terms.
    
18. The name and county of the Prize Winner will (unless the Prize Winner has objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter at Finning UK, Watling Street, Cannock, Staffordshire WS11 8LL during the sixty (60) days following the end of the Promotional Period. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting Head of Legal at the above-named address. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority, the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland or other competent regulatory authority if required to do so.
    
19. Entrants may be asked to take part in such reasonable Promotion-related publicity as the Promoter may require and accepts that the Promoter may publicise their first name and initial and any statements provided in connection with the Promotion in any and all media.
