Greenhouses

In greenhouse cogeneration applications, our Cat® gas engines provide power for lighting while also generating heat, which can be reused to warm the atmosphere and assist with plant growth. The CO2 released in the engine exhaust gases can also be reclaimed and scrubbed to serve as a fertiliser for the plants or crops.
