MAINTENANCE SERVICES WITH MORE FLEXIBILITY.
We offer a choice of five set Customer Value Agreements (CVA) packages and give you the option to add further services to create the perfect equipment maintenance solution for your business.
The five packages are: Essential, Advanced, Complete, Ultimate and Tailored.
You may wish to have just the Essential package with genuine Cat parts delivered to coincide with your maintenance schedule. Or you may choose an industry-leading repair and maintenance support package that provides you with maximum protection and performance.
It’s entirely up to you.
MORE MAINTENANCE & SERVICING OPTIONS.
We provide you with everything you need to carry out all of your essential preventative maintenance using genuine Cat parts kits, supplied to you when you need them.
Get all the benefits of Essential, plus Remote Condition Monitoring and the reassurance of Cat certified engineers* performing your 1,000 and 2,000-hour services.
The Complete preventative maintenance package takes the hassle out of servicing with Cat certified engineers* carrying out all required servicing with genuine Cat parts kits.
Our Ultimate repair and maintenance solution provides total peace of mind, with all servicing, planned repairs, and breakdown response covered, offering you maximum protection and performance.

Remote Condition Monitoring
Utilising VisionLink® data, our Finsight Advisors keep you in tune with the health of your equipment at all times.
Not included in the Essential Package.
Fluid Analysis
Our fluid sampling helps to identify wear patterns, pinpoint early signs of equipment fatigue and plan preventative maintenance.
Flexible Payments
Manage your maintenance costs and stay on top of your finances with our flexible payment options. Look after your equipment and bottom line.
Maintenance Parts
Maintenance parts typically represent just 3% of your equipment's operating costs. Minimise downtime and maximise safety with genuine Cat parts.

Inspection
All inspections are carried out by our Cat® certified engineers* using the latest Cat inspection technology. We’ll also recommend any repairs to ensure your fleet is always Health and Safety compliant.
Integrated Labour
Our Integrated labour package, Cat certified engineers* perform the major 1,000 and 2,000-hour services. The minor services (500 hours) are carried out by your own engineers.
Complete Labour
Our Complete labour option includes major and minor services, providing you with total peace of mind.
Repairs
From time to time your machine will need some repairs. When this happens, it is important that these repairs are carried out quickly, professionally and cost-effectively to get you quickly back to work.
*During periods of high demand, we may use one of our Finning certified Rollo engineers to perform your service to our standards.
