The Service Information System 2.0 instructor-led training (ILT) introduces participants to the features and functionality of the Caterpillar SIS 2.0 web-based parts and service information.
The Electronic Technician instructor-led training introduces participants to the features and functionality of the Caterpillar ET program.

Basic computer navigation skills, understanding of files and folder management would be beneficial for the participants as these functions will be used during the course.
After completion of the course, the participant will be able to navigate the SIS 2.0 website to locate parts and service information. The participant will be able to navigate the ET program as required to complete their daily tasks in an efficient manner. Participants will receive hands-on training experience related to:
