As an exclusive feature, developed to drive maximum performance and productivity, tapered tip sides will guarantee less drag. The improved tip shapes, along with improved adapter nose geometry, reduces sliding wear.
To reduce downtime and deliver improved job site productivity, Caterpillar has simplified the installation and removal process of tips. As a ‘hammerless solution’ only a ½” or ¾” breaker bar is required to change the tips.
